Make a Difference in Your Life and in the Lives of Others.
When you're looking for a job, the word "rewarding" means many things. For some it means doing something they love. For others it means being able to set and accomplish goals. Yet others place a premium on camaraderie and interaction with coworkers. Some workers like change and challenge while others value stability.
At Highland Hospital we offer a very competitive wage and benefit package. But we offer so much more. As a medium-size community hospital we can do things a bit differently than many others. We know that patients will go where they are treated best and the same holds true for employees. That's why we put as much effort into creating a positive environment for our staff as we do for our patients. That means we work hard to match employees with jobs that fit their needs as well as their skills.
