Working in partnership with the Total Rewards Leader, the Senior Compensation Analyst position provides analytical support and helps lead the design, implementation, communication and administration of competitive compensation programs that align with the business plans, goals and objectives. This position also ensures company compliance with federal and state laws governing compensation practices. There may be some responsibility for benefit initiatives. The position participates in planning, designing, implementing, and administering day-to-day compensation programs. Working collaboratively with Leadership, Managers, and other key internal and external partners, ensuring that classification and compensation programs support are aligned with both short and long term business objectives. The Senior Compensation Analyst will be expected to provide a high level of analytical services and provide continuous improvement to the policies and practices governing the compensation function.

Analyze and interpret compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement; analyze cost containment strategies
Ensure integration of compensation programs with other Human Resource and operational programs
Develop and deliver communication to convey plans and policies to a diverse audience to include employees and management
Participate in and lead special projects including design and administration of programs in: Compensation, Benefits, Leave of Absences, Workers' Compensation, Retirement Plans, Health and Welfare programs, and HRIS
Assist in the development of programs to educate managers on Compensation and Benefits programs
Provide guidance to managers in developing job descriptions including FLSA, EEO and worker's comp/safety classifications; manage job codes within HRIS system
Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation related problems; recommend company salary structure updates and salary increase budgets
Manage three annual focal processes, including performance appraisals, annual increases, promotions, and bonuses
Minimum Qualifications Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
Five (5) years compensation experience; at least one (1) year to include experience in plan design and/or communication development
Experience in a fast-paced environment performing multiple tasks/projects
Experience with HRIS systems preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
