Manages the delivery of quality psychiatric and chemical dependency nursing care on the nursing unit; will be responsible for the care of Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients in the Psychiatric and Chemical Dependency units
manages the activities in the nursing department;
collaborates with other managers and dept heads;
provides liaison with Nursing, ARS, front desk, business office, and management staff; assists in these depts. as needed on the shift
works closely with the scheduler to staff the hospital and to make staff assignments;
performance improvement activities
This position will be a part of an on-call rotation
