Newly Created Management Position at Partners in Home Care (PHC).
Come join a strong & thriving agency within Missoula. The RN Intake Manager will supervise the Intake Department operations and staff while collaborating with PHC's Marketing and Outreach teams. You will oversee referrals for insurance verification and determine eligibility for our Home Health and Hospice programs. This position will also serve as a pivotal point of communication within our service areas to ensure efficient processing of referrals and program delivery for PHC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The RN Intake Manager has a skilled background in the following:
1. Insurance guidelines for initial reimbursement and negotiating fee for service with providers.
2. Experience with clinical managers and team assistants within scheduling.
3. Supervision of Intake Staff, including Intake Nurse, and Intake Specialist that includes conducting evaluations, and training.
4. Budget Monitoring and Development.
5. Key knowledge within healthcare Compliance and Quality Departments. Knowledge in regulations and company policy and procedure.
6. Prior participation within clinical system updates and enhancements as a Supervisor or Manager.
This position will have the opportunity to create and build relationships throughout Missoula with physicians and diverse clinical resources to identify opportunities for growth. This face to face client contact will also collaborate with PHC Business Development staff to network and participate on community events and training.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office environment and is generally sedentary in nature. Occasional light lifting is necessary. The position also includes regular use of a keyboard, and use of hands to finger, handle, and feel.

Current Montana RN license.
One (1) year of Supervisor or Manager level experience.
Two (2+) years of experience in Home Health, Hospice or any related clinical fields.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, triage patient care based on acuity, and work independently with strong attention to detail.
Exemplary interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written).
