Great Falls College MSU is seeking a Nursing Faculty member to join the team for our Nursing Programs (ASN and PN). This position performs instruction-related duties and responsibilities for the Division of Health Sciences and the Nursing programs in accordance with the philosophy, mission, policies, and procedures of the College. Our students have access to a state of the art Simulated Hospital located on campus, a resource that offers valuable hands on, real life experiences not offered at other institutions. GFC MSU’s Nursing programs are approved through the MT State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher; • Unencumbered Registered Nurse license; • Two years of relevant experience in RN practice; • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; and • Strong team-member and collaboration skills.
• Master’s degree in Nursing • Two years of relevant experience in RN practice, within the past five years; • Teaching experience at the post-secondary level; • Experience in maternal-child and pediatric nursing practice; • Ability to teach in the classroom, laboratory and clinical settings; and • A willingness to participate actively in College activities beyond one’s discipline.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: Eligible for a recruitment stipend of up to $8,000 based on education & experience.
