The Registered Nurse selected for the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) position in the Community Living Center in Extended Care Service will function under the supervision of the Nurse Manager (NM) and is responsible and accountable for coordinating resident care using evidence-based practice. The ANM serves as a role model to all levels of staff.
