We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Administrator with skill set in Tableau with strong technical and interpersonal skills. We have Tableau, BusinessObjects and SSAS cubes integrated with our Epic electronic health record (EHR) system to support extensive dashboarding and reporting. The Administrator will be a part of a small team responsible for supporting a diverse BI development community including the installation and maintenance of the reporting software and overall operational environments for Tableau, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), and Microsoft cubes. The admin team works closely with the report development teams to provide support, common standards, access and security controls, and to manage most of the production reporting queues. Responding to support requests and off-hour Firewatch responsibilities are a required responsibility for this position.
We are looking for a candidate who can fill a mid-level Level 2 position where Level 1 is entry level and Level 3 is team or tech lead. We encourage candidates who are strong in Tableau Server to apply.

Required Qualifications at this Level
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or four years of equivalent technical experience required.
Three years of related experience is required.
Level 2 Skills:
In depth understanding of Tableau desktop & server architecture.
3 years of Tableau administration experience including upgrades, patches, and monitoring
Ability to troubleshoot performance problems with server applications Tableau and/or SAP BusinessObjects
Ability to leverage industry best practices and methods.
Capability to establish, maintain, and ensure adherence to application standards for data reporting and extracting.
Skills to adhere to corporate data security requirements for the storage, transportation, and retention of data.
Strong foundation in technology, analytics and good understanding of project management
SQL knowledge, ability to dissect SQL code to QA reports and troubleshoot errors.
Knowledge of principles of design and best practices for data visualization
Administration of BusinessObjects server systems in a clustered environment.
Experience in BusinessObjects administration, security, and back-up and restore process.
Experience with Tableau Server in cloud environments
Experience in Python
Experience using Epic
Design, Deploy, Administer, and maintain SSAS cubes.
Tableau visual reporting and dashboard building
Perform planning, estimation, support, training and de-bugging on various BI tools.
