Assistant Registered Nurse Manager - Ketchum Idaho

The Assistant Manager Nursing/Patient Care is responsible for managing, developing and engaging staff on designated unit or units based on size, ensuring best practice are followed with adherence to established policies and procedures. This is a great opportunity to lead a group of dynamic knowledgeable group of healthcare professionals.

Required Criteria

• Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
• Experience: 3 years nursing experience
• Licenses/Certifications: RN license required
• 3+ years of L&D/Post Partum strongly preferred

Nurse Leader Rounding 90% of the time. Other responsibilities include Staffing and Scheduling, Plan of Care, Quality, Patient Throughput, and Onboarding and Orientation in collaboration with Nursing Manager and Clinical Educator.
