The Virtual APC Hospitalist is responsible for providing high-quality patient care to various patient populations within the framework of hospital at home model. The Hospital at Home team includes Physicians, Patient Digital Ambassadors, and Virtual Nurses. Our Command Center location is at Avenue North in Wilmington, DE. The selected candidate will work primarily 8-5pm with weekend coverage and the potential of evening shift coverage.
