Job Description

If you are looking for a collaborative, dynamic, physician-led practice environment where you can learn, grow, and excel in providing integrated, multidisciplinary, patient centered care, then Summit Health is the place to be! We are seeking a licensed Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively with our Primary Care Department.

Requirements include:

• Current New York State APN License
• 1 year of post-APN graduation work experience
• Primary Care experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
