Some exclusions may apply. Apply to chat with a recruiter about the details! The Emergency Department at Littleton Adventist Hospital is a Level II Trauma, Comprehensive Stroke and Cardiac center. We have a 35-bed ED and see about 70-75 patients every 24 hours. We are a high acuity ED that sees patients of all ages and demographics with a mission to give great care to the patients and to each other. ED is a great team of nurses, critical care techs and unit secretaries that work as one team. Providers are collaborative and are willing to listen to and teach associates. We have a Unit Based Council and encourage all to get involved with changes along with supportive and non-punitive leadership. Candidates must be willing to engage, be eager to learn and grow, have interest in career longevity and be compassionate with patients and co-workers. Job Summary:This position assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient.
