Description: Carroll College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor to join our Nursing Baccalaureate program with both a long-standing traditional pathway and a new Accelerated Nursing pathway. The position would start this upcoming January 2025.
The Department of Nursing is seeking a colleague who possesses exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), is committed to academic excellence, enthusiastic about student interactions, and who supports the mission of the college. Primary responsibilities of the selected faculty candidate include classroom and lab or clinical teaching, student advising, curriculum development and outcomes evaluation.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Nursing as well as an unencumbered Montana Registered Nurse license. We are seeking a colleague who has broad expertise in nursing for both the traditional and the accelerated program, with an emphasis on psychosocial health and therapeutic communication. Previous teaching experience desired, but not mandatory.
