MyMichigan Family Medicine has a new opportunity for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established team in AuGres, MI. Seeking a highly motivated, confident, and energetic provider.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide primary care services to patients of all ages.

Established practice
* Full scope of family medicine care, 100% outpatient
* Own patient panel
* Acute, chronic, hospital follow-ups, ED follow ups, physicals, established patient visits, Medicare wellness
* Appropriately prescribe and manage medications and immunizations

* AHA approved BLS Certification
* Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply

* Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
* Primary Care experience preferred; new graduates with primary care background may be considered
