A value-based care organization is establishing a new outpatient practice in central Nebraska and is adding a Board-Certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to it's care team.The role is based in a newly opened facility and offers the opportunity to help shape clinical operations as one of the first providers in the region. Outpatient Only, M-F. Practice has a focus on longitudinal care for patients with complex medical needs. Providers work within a multidisciplinary team.
