Located near UNC REX Healthcare, UNC Family Medicine at West Raleigh is a full-service family practice, treating both children and adults. The team provides compassionate and personalized care. Appointments can be scheduled online to better serve you. Our team looks forward to long, healthy relationships with you and your family.
Services:
Preventative healthcare for adults
Sick care
Well-child checks
Adolescent health
Immunizations
Women?s health
Nutrition counseling
Screening tests
Physicals for sports, school, employment, and insurance
Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma
Practice Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm
Job Qualifications:
Family Medicine APP (NP/PA)
Licensed in North Carolina
2-plus years of experience

Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina.
Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting.
Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
